The Laurus Institute is the centre of professional learning for our schools. We provide a wide range of development opportunities for our staff – from bespoke courses and apprenticeships to master’s degrees – ensuring every colleague can thrive and progress.
As an associate college of the National Institute of Teaching (NIoT), we also deliver Initial Teacher Training (ITT), the Early Career Teacher (ECT) programme, and National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) to educators both within and beyond the Trust.
